Application for Abstract

• All abstracts must be submitted in English exclusively via the online abstract submission system. Submissions by post, email, fax or any other means will NOT be accepted.
• All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.
  Best abstract award will be given to a few presentations. Selected candidates are asked to make a platform presentation in addition to the poster presentation.
• All accepted abstracts will be published on the Journal of Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology.

Submission Guidelines

• AUTHORS – FIRST (PRESENTING) AUTHOR – The first author will be the presenting author.
• Please provide an accurate email address of the first (presenting) author. Abstract submission results and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to the first author.
• CO-AUTHOR(S) – A maximum of 9 co-authors are allowed for each abstract. Type in the names and affiliations as you would like them to appear in published material.
• The ABSTRACT TITLE should be no more than 25 words.
• Abstract Content (excluding title, authors, affiliations) should include the following headings: Backgrounds, Methods, Results and Conclusions. The abstract must not exceed 200 words. Do not include graphs, tables, images and references in the abstract.
• Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an email including an abstract number. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours after submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email at jscn2023@jtbcom.co.jp.
• Late submissions will NOT be considered.

Step 1:

Go to the User Login page through the button “Online Abstract Submission” at the bottom of this page.

Step 2:

Get your user account first by clicking “Get a New Account”.
If you have already had your account, input the log-in ID / PW.

Step 3:

After log in to your Main Menu page, click “Submit a new abstract” button.

Step 4:

Complete the Abstract Information.

Step 5:

Complete the Body of Abstract Text.

Step 6:

Check you abstract in PDF format by clicking “check your abstract” button.

Step 7:

Click “Submit” button after reviewing your abstract.

Modification

For modification, withdrawal and additional submission of abstract, please log in with your log-in ID / PW, click "Abstract Submission" on the menu, and edit your abstract by selecting the "Abst No." no later than the above deadline.

Confirmation of Abstract Submission

Once submission is completed, you will receive automatically delivered e-mail confirming the receipt of your abstract submission. If you do not receive above e-mail within 24 hours after submission, please e-mail to the Meeting Secretariat ( jscn2023@jtbcom.co.jp ).

Notification of Abstract Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and the acceptance notification will be made by e-mail no later than August 20th 2023. Award candidates may be notified later.

Registration Fee

Registration fee for overseas presenters and online participants from overseas will be exempted.

Privacy policy

"Names" and "contact addresses" provided to us at registration for the meeting shall be used for the purpose of contact from the secretariat, notification of acceptance or rejection, and any information related to the presentation. In addition, the “presenters' names," “affiliation names," “title" and “abstract text" shall be used for publication in the program/proceedings and on the website, but not for other purposes. The registration process for applications has been commissioned to c/o JTB Communication Design in order to facilitate management operations.
